TA Truck Service

Avoid this place. $5 for a 7lb bag of ice. Trucker restroom section closed for past three days "for cleaning". How long does this take? Some idiot stupidly mounted electric hand dryers right next to two sinks. So if you set anything on the counter the damn things turn on automatically. Blew my glasses off the counter onto the floor when I was about to wash my face. The deep sink in the food service area has also been "out of order" the past three days. So nowhere to wash any used cooking utensils let alone rinse out your tall thermal mug. And since all the truck parking spaces are becoming RESERVED and require payment, this place will be on my banned truckstop list. I'd rather drive 2 hours to Kingman than stay camped here again.

You would THINK corporations would prefer their customers alive. After all, dead people can't pay you. You'd THINK getting an ac to work would be priority over someone's DOT inspection or oil change but I guess they'd prefer having the coroner come pull my body out of this truck instead of swapping out a high pressure ac switch (that I just bought from another "busy" location down the road) for me. They're "too busy" though. I just pray I survive this day and night and if not, maybe TA and other truck service providers will learn to prioritize human life over mechanical.

Today, May 17, 2026, at approximately 5:03 PM, I arrived after making an online parking reservation to pick up the windshield sticker confirming my payment. Before coming in, I had already been trying to call the office since earlier in the day. I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone for around 10 minutes. When I finally came inside, the customer service experience became even worse. I politely said “Hello” to the employee at the front desk — an African-American female employee — and she simply stared at me and continued going through her personal belongings without saying a word. I had to say “Hello” a second time before she finally responded. Then, after she eventually walked up to the counter, instead of greeting me professionally with something like “Hi, how can I help you?”, the first thing she said was: “What do you need?” Absolutely awful and unprofessional customer service. No greeting, no courtesy, no respect, and no urgency despite customers waiting and phone calls being ignored. I was honestly shocked by how rude and dismissive the entire interaction was.

It’s a tough spot no parking most of the time. The service department were quick getting me in for a tire change. Casino inside laundry too. The Old guy walking around polishing chrome is Amazing!!! He’s cheap and I look forward to seeing him again!

the second star is a sympathy star. no showers or toilets for 10 days. plumbing trucks and plumbers everywhere. no idea how staff is getting by. Just haul in 15 portopotts. that's not tough to figure out. I for sure would not want to clean the parking lot if you know what I mean.
